Anthro / Traditional Media / Painting & Airbrushing

Paintang I've been paintang for the past week. Had to scan it in two pieces, and obviously it looks... exactly... how it does on paper... *eye twitch* lmao My new scanner gets coloured pencils perfectly but watercolour still looks a little blotchy. :[

I had an idiot attack with the composition when transferring it to paint but I think it's okay regardless. I had more to say but my brain hurts Lol

Media: Watercolour, gauche, tiny bit of ink | 9 x 14.5 inches | 15 hours? based on how long I was listening to a free audio recording of Pride and Prejudice LOL

Amazing art work, reminds me of a scene from the movie "Not without my Daughter". Although i will however ask if you wouldn't mind telling me a little about this piece of art, whats the story behind it? whats going on? in case what i think is happening is false.

I haven't seen that movie (is it good? Did you like it? I'll probably look for it after this, haha!) so I'm not sure. Basically, what's going on in this painting is it's a group of bandits hiding out at the end of the day in their underground den, and the character in the back whips out the radio because there's some troubling information regarding their next target... or something like that. Maybe it's good news - but it's got them all paying attention. I'm glad it could keep your attention long enough to wonder.

Ah, awesome story to the art i must say. The movie is really good in my opinion, gets your heart racing in some points, its quiet a long movie though. But worth watching!
