I started this one of the nights when I couldn't sleep. I think it was because I was so stuffed up, because now that I'm feeling better I can sleep better.
Anyway, Zahur is an Egyptian Fruit Bat (rousettus aegyptiacus). They live in some places in Africa, in Egypt, and somewhere in the middle east close to Egypt, I can't remember where. They were first discovered roosting in pyramids in Egypt, and are the only megabat that can use echolocation (I just learned this yesterday. Very interesting).
When I first saw a picture of one of these bats I was like "omg!11 i want 1 of my chars to b 1of these!!1111one" They's soooo cute!
So here's a very chibi Zahur not taking good care of his wings.
The joke of this pic is he's a bat and bats are nocturnal, and he's says that he can't sleep at night. Laugh, laugh at my witty pun! Hahahahahahaha! *Loser*
