Hello flowers, a quick update because I can't get to sleep lately.
I had a death in the family (and household) a little less than two weeks ago. It was due to age and was a five week decline of absolute stress and sadness.
Before that I was sick and before that I had such financial stress I just wanted to scream always. It's been a rough couple months, since October last year when one of my projects went 3x longer than predicted. I feel like I haven't caught up to myself since.
But! I've been channeling my lost loved one's energy and life has become back on track! I suspect to clear out my commission queue by early April. I've developed a daily yoga and meditation practice, thanks to yoga teacher training, and that's made a massive difference in my mental health.
I'm getting my first tattoo in two weeks - I just finished designing it tonight! I'm going to post a million pictures when it's done. There's some Warriors theme incorporated - I tried not to be too nerdy, hahaha. I'm really excite!
In other news, Wasabi Con is in two weekends and I'll be there again this year! After that I'll be going to Asia again this year too to visit my parents.
Thanks everyone who bought my Warriors bookmarks online! I'm so grateful with how well they've been received.

Hi!
Hii everybody! I'm just dropping in to say hi. I hope everyone is doing well. Are you still active? I realised I got 100k page views! Thanks guys. Big boy appreciate. I moved to Japan six months ago. It's been a nice experience and a dream come true for me. We'll be getting a cat in a month! I'm really looking forward to that. Hope all is well and happy holidays and impending 2022!
Happy quarantine
Hello friends, I haven't posted a journal in a long time. I just wanted to say hello and I hope everyone is having a nice time in jail, as my Grandma is calling it. xD I hope somehow we all become zen from this experience and stay that way forever. I'm saving about 6 hours per week from not commuting so I'm getting a lot done (in Animal Crossing).
Annual birthday post
Hello friends,
I normally post around my birthday in March, but I was not able to this year.
This year, I turned 30. My actual birthday feels like a long time ago now, haha. I took myself on a solo trip to Sofia, Bulgaria (any Bulgarians following me?), which was a wonderful experience in a beautiful city.
I spent the rest of my actual birthday doing ashkey things, and then at the end of the week my close friend ~Snapshot-Draws-Junk (https://www.deviantart.com/snapshot-draws-junk) died.
That was two weeks ago tonight. To be honest, I feel like a dead shell of a human. I feel like I've been trapped in a void where April is unending torture and March was a million miles ago.
Happy 2019!!
Hello dA!!! I haven't posted a journal in forever.
Happy new year!! I hope we can all make progress towards our goals this year.
2018 was a strange year for me. I started off the year with a friend calling me and having a mental breakdown, three members of my household and family died in the spring, and I had a piriformis injury from over-exercise that resulted in a rotated hip, which has been incredibly painful and discouraging. On the positive end, I was able to travel to Denmark, South Korea, and back to my old home Hong Kong and my hometown in Canada, and within the US: San Francisco, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Arches National Park, a
